Quiche Gallery - Bonnie's Blue Quiche/Baking Dish

This color has been a favorite among our glazes for about 25 years. Stoneware clay, fired in a slightly reducing atmosphere to 2425°F (1310°C). These are also available in most of our other glaze colors as well. They come with recipes for a quiche and a no cholesterol Tamale pie that fills the piece perfectly. Also fine for baking other foods in as well.
