Black & Red Bowl

Another unusual combination of black and red glazes. The "white" area is where the copper burned away to reveal the white clay beneath it. Fired to 2425°F (1310°C).
Semi-porcelain clay, fired in a highly reducing atmosphere.

Orders taken if this one is sold. No two pieces will fire out exactly the same! This glaze is very difficult to reproduce from firing to firing. Buy it while it is still available.
